Leaving Sue & Tim at 4 Shady Lane was tough but we are on a journey across Canada so Ma said it was time to drive off...
The drive along the St Lawrence on the more quiet winding Highway 2 was beautiful.
Thankfully we didn't go to far.
Ma said she can't believe we are just across from New York State!
We pulled into our new spot in the Raisin Region Conservation Park Charlottenburgh. A grassy spot near the lake seemed okay for the night
Our new neighbours locals from Sommerstown & Williamstown. Many stay the summer season but make the quick drive home to do chores, cut lawns, laundry, shop or whatever.
There were 4 new dogs to meet.
Wierd the only photo Ma took of Coco the handsome chocolate lab was when he was rough housing with Mocha. They're both 6 months old.
A whole new group of very friendly people who like me too!
Turns out it was Karen's birthday
It was great to have some local fun in Charlottenburgh!!
Ma and I checked out the boats and the lake. There are turtles but we didn't see any.
We could see a ship on the St. Lawrence
The moon is up. Good night!!
Luv Karen's mug. Happy Belated Birthday .
